Example: If a customer receives an estimate to remodel his or her kitchen and would like the in home in depth analysis, Inside My Construction would send out an individual who will measure your kitchen and all aspects of your remodel as defined by the contract you’ve submitted to us.  Depending on the depth of the project the associate would then either provide you with an immediate estimate comparison or submit the information for upload into our dynamic master pricelist. Our master price list is the compilation of Hundreds of construction costs and variables taken specifically from the Atlanta Area suppliers and Installation contractors compiled since 1999. These aren’t “gestimates”; they are prices provided by the suppliers and contractors based on actual services rendered. If you already have your plans or a layout of the project (at the least a materials list) but haven’t received an estimate,  Submit what you have and we can create a quick estimate based on what you provide: This way you’ll have a true price comparison prior to getting your estimates: The cost for basic online estimates are $ 9.95. Remember this estimate is based on your project, your specifications, and is more realistic then computer generated estimates. You will have a real person complete and submit your estimate. The in home in depth analysis will also allow the customer to receive an actual 2 Dimensional drawing of their home's floor plan - limited to Two Story Homes.  Homeowner's will also receive the price the sub contractors charge the general contractors and flooring outlet centers to complete these projects. Customer's can now pay fair market value for services rendered.  We have access to the cost of the materials used to complete most flooring, kitchen, painting, and full turn key basement finishing home improvement projects.
